1-Year Limited Warranty
At Shinola, we believe in making things that last. To back up our commitment to an enduring audio experience that’s music to your ears, every Shinola Runwell Turntable is guaranteed for one (1) year against manufacturing defects.
Register your turntable by visiting us online at https://www.shinola.com/product-registration. While registering is not required to activate the warranty, registration allows us to help you quickly and easily throughout the life of your turntable.
Any defective component (excluding the cartridge/stylus, slip-mat and belt) will be repaired or replaced by Shinola within one (1) year of the original purchase date. If we cannot repair your turntable and the exact model is not available for replacement, a gift card in the amount of your original purchase will be provided. A copy of the receipt is required as proof of purchase.
Exclusions and Voidability
This Limited Warranty shall not apply to or cover any damage to or failure of the cartridge (including stylus), slip-mat or belt provided with this purchase. Further, this Limited Warranty shall not apply and shall be void with respect to (i) turntables with serial numbers (located on the platter and back plate) that have been defaced or altered or (ii) any repair, alteration, or modification made by persons other than Shinola personnel.
The Limited Warranty described herein is the sole and exclusive warranty for this product and is granted in lieu of any other warranty expressed, implied or statutory, including any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose, each of which are expressly disclaimed by Shinola.
Shinola shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Shinola has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Shinola’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair at Shinola’s sole option.
This Limited Warranty shall not apply and shall be void with respect to (I) turntables with serial numbers (located on the back plate) that have been defaced or altered or (II) any repair, alteration, or modification made by persons other than Shinola personnel.

Retain the turntables’ original packaging to ensure your parcel is adequately protected during shipment, should you no longer have the original packaging in its entirety please reach out to audiosupport@shinola.com.
For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the service center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on the type of work requested. You will be notified of such charges prior to Shinola commencing the requested repair(s). Shinola will commence such repairs only upon your prior approval and payment of such charges.
