Is your watch already registered on Shinola.com?
How can I tell?
To see if you have already registered your watch on Shinola.com and have an account on our site, please login to your account. If you have not yet created an account on Shinola.com, your watch may still already be registered but you will not be able to view your registered watches online. We recommend creating an account prior to registering your watch.
- Click here to open the Shinola site in a new tab - you can create a new account or sign in to your existing account here
- In the upper righthand corner, click on the user icon (shown in the image below), then click "Sign In Or Register"
- Sign in with your email address and password. If you forgot your password, you can click the "Forgot your password?" link next to the "Sign In" button
- Once signed in, you'll see a list of helpful links on the left-hand side of your screen. From this list of links, click on "Registered Products." Any products you've registered will appear to the right of the links.
- To register a new product from this screen, simply click on the "Show Form" button below the registered product list
Serial Number
Where can I find this?
You can find your serial number located on the caseback of your timepiece. Look for the larger of the two 11-character numbers beginning with "S01," usually just below the words "serial number," as seen in the image below. The serial number is most often located within a silver-toned box or rounded box above the smaller "style number."
For registration, please enter the unique section of your serial number which is typically the last five digits as seen below:

What is the serial number on my limited edition timepiece?
You can find your limited edition serial number located on the caseback of your timepiece. Look for the number out of X. In the example below, the serial number is listed at the bottom of the case back.
The unique identifier would be 001 as this is number 001/500.
Model Number / Style Number
Where can I find this?
You can find your style number located on the caseback of your timepiece. Look for the smaller numbers beginning with "S01," most often just below the box or rounded box containing the serial number.
For registration, please enter the last eight digits - everything following, but not including, "S01" - as seen below:
